Return Policy
Our Orsho team is devoted to bringing you the best skincare products so you feel confident with the way you look and feel.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will allow a refund on unused or lightly used products purchased from orsho.com. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and include the original packaging and receipt.
If your products are eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 3-10 business days of receipt. Your refund will include the product’s paid cost and applicable taxes. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
Collections, Sets, and Bundles are eligible for return only if the complete set is returned.
For U.S. Returns:
- You will need your order number and email address or zip code.
- Head to our return portal to start the process.
We do not currently accept international returns.
Orders placed during Gift with Purchase promotions with minimum purchase thresholds are not eligible for a return without the return of the corresponding Gift with Purchase product.
Gift recipients wishing to return their products will be granted online credit and should contact us at contact@orsho.com for assistance prior to making a return.
E-Gift Cards cannot be returned and are final sale only. E-Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Returned orders using E-Gift Cards as methods of payment must also follow our returns policy and if met, will be issued store credit for use on orsho.com.
We take great care to list our ingredients in full for each and every product on the site. If you have known allergies, or sensitivities to an ingredient, please review the ingredient list of our products carefully before selecting a product.
If you have an issue with your delivery, or the condition of your product upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days of order delivery date at contact@orsho.com.
