Shipping Policy

We offer FREE USPS standard ground shipping on all applicable U.S. orders over $95.
Please make sure to review the information below to ensure accurate delivery of your Orsho shipment.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

  • Please ensure your address is correct before you complete your order as we are not responsible for shipments marked as delivered to incorrect addresses.
  • Please also note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We cannot guarantee changes can be made to orders once submitted and we are unable to cancel or modify an order once fulfilled and in transit.
  • We are sorry but we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

THIS IS IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your order is delivered to a location where it will be received promptly. Avoid having your order left outdoors or in a mailbox subject to extreme heat or direct sunlight or extreme cold for too long.

If any of your containers or the package that it came in, arrives in cold weather, simply turn the cosmetic packaging upside down, do not remove the cap or anything and give it a few gentle shakes before pumping the cream out of the airless bottle.

Processing timeline

  • Shipping methods are chosen at time of checkout.
  • Delivery time depends on the shipping distance and may vary. Orders are processed Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will not be processed until the next business day.
  • We process and ship orders during business days Monday – Friday, excluding Holiday closures.
  • We are pleased to offer FREE standard ground shipping on all U.S. continental orders over $95 via USPS and process orders within 1-3 business days of receipt. We thank you in advance for your patience surrounding major site events and product launches.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been fulfilled, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
