To maintain the integrity of our botanical compounds, store your products in a cool, dry place. While our airless packaging provides an excellent barrier against oxidation, we recommend keeping them away from extreme temperatures to ensure you enjoy their maximum benefits.
We recommend using the Orsho products within 12 months after opening.
You can find our full ingredient lists within the product Descriptions on our website and it is also printed on each product’s outer carton box. We recommend keeping the packaging for easy reference while using the product.
If you have any questions about a specific ingredient, our team is always here to help!
Orsho Skincare is dedicated to organic purity. The majority of our ingredients are certified organic. In instances where an organic alternative simply does not exist, we meticulously source the highest-quality natural ingredients.
Yes. Our skincare products are free from artificial colors, man-made fragrances, parabens, mineral oils, harsh or toxic ingredients. We prioritize natural ingredients that support the skin’s natural barrier while providing intensive antioxidant protection.
We craft clean, plant-based skincare that respects and nurtures your skin’s natural chemistry.
We purposefully avoid harsh synthetic fillers and aggressive preservatives that commonly upset delicate skin.
Instead, we focus on biomimetic, functional amino acids, plant-derived ceramides, and fatty acids that mimic the skin’s natural lipid profile to deliver gentle, soothing hydration.
Because everyone’s skin chemistry is unique, no single cosmetic product can guarantee 100% compatibility for every individual. If you have highly reactive/sensitive skin, we always recommend doing a patch test on your inner arm before full application. If you experience any discomfort, please discontinue use.
We always recommend performing a Patch Test before incorporating a new product into your routine. We also suggest reviewing our full ingredient list (INCI) on the product page if you have known sensitivities to specific botanicals.
To perform a patch test:
- Apply: Place a small amount of the product onto a clean area of skin on the inside of the forearm or behind the ear.
- Observe: Keep the area dry and wait 24 hours to ensure the formula is compatible with your skin.
- Extended Test: For those with highly reactive skin, we suggest extending this observation period to 48–72 hours.
Safety First: If you experience any redness, itching, or sensitivity at any time while using the product, rinse the area with cool water and discontinue use and see a professional doctor.
Yes. Traditional jars invite regular fingertip contact, inadvertently introducing bacteria, dust, and contaminants that can trigger skin irritation. Our airless vacuum packaging acts as a protective shield, keeping the formula pristine from the first pump to the last.
We utilize a “multi-layered” preservation strategy. Instead of one harsh chemical, we use a synergy of plant-derived or nature-identical compounds, such as bio-ferments, organic acids, and antioxidant-rich extracts.
Paired with our airless, vacuum-sealed packaging, these ingredients create a pristine environment hostile to harmful bacteria and mold—preserving your cream’s absolute freshness and safety.
Because we use high concentrations of natural botanical extracts and raw unfiltered oils and essential oils, slight variations are normal. Just like a harvest of grapes or berries can vary by season, the color and aroma of natural ingredients like: Ginseng, Edelweiss, Aronia or Sea buckthorn, can shift slightly from season to season. This does not affect the efficacy of the formula; it is simply a hallmark of using pure natural ingredients.

We strive for sustainability. Most airless bottles are widely recyclable. We recommend checking with your local recycling center regarding multi-component pumps, as some facilities require the pump mechanism to be separated from the bottle.
Orsho products are not tested on animals.
Orsho Skincare is independently owned, designed by a professional cosmetic formulator, and managed locally in Michigan. We specialize in small-batch production and direct partnerships with boutique retailers and spas who value intentional, professional-grade natural cosmetic science.
We use premium airless pump packaging to eliminate exposure to oxygen, light and contaminants. This keeps our active botanical ingredients, ceramides, and antioxidants compounds stable and biologically potent from the first pump to the last, without requiring heavy synthetic chemical stabilizers.
Airless technology is specially designed to dispense virtually all of the product, ensuring you experience the full value of your product. A disk at the bottom moves upward as you pump, scraping the sides of the bottle clean.
First-Time Use Instructions: Because our premium bottles feature an advanced airless system instead of a traditional dip tube, the pump might need to be “primed” before its very first use.
Simply press the pump slowly a few times. This activates the internal sealed mechanism, drawing the fresh cream upward to create a perfect, consistent dose every time.
Important Note: Please do not unscrew the pump. The airless bottle utilizes a specialized sealed system to maintain maximum freshness of the product. Opening the container introduces air and it does not help dispensing the product.
Not at all!
Because airless bottles do not use a traditional straw, they occasionally need to be “primed” to engage the vacuum seal. After you tried several pumps if the airless is not dispensing product, do not unscrew the cap, keep the cap on, turn the bottle upside down, and give it a few firm shakes to settle the product toward the pump. Then, attempt to pump several times while the bottle is still inverted.
Important Note: Please do not unscrew the pump. This airless bottle utilizes a specialized sealed system to maintain maximum freshness of the product. Opening the container introduces air and it does not help dispensing the product.
